Authorized representative of respondent submitted application in which it was mentioned that total decretal amount of Rs. 2,54,025/- has already been recovered by respondent from OP No. 4 – Oriental Insurance Company in execution filed before District Forum.

          As full amount has already been recovered by respondent in pursuance to order of District Forum and nothing remains to be recovered from the petitioner, revision petition filed by the petitioner having become infructuous, stands disposed of in the light of application of the respondent.  Now respondent will not claim anything from the petitioner.
