          Learned counsel for the respondents states that there is no objection if the impugned order dated 14.10.2011 passed by the State Commission is set

aside and matter is remanded back to the State Commission to decide the same afresh after hearing both the parties.

          In view of the above statement given by learned counsel for the respondents, the impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside. The matter is remanded back to the State Commission to decide the matter afresh after hearing both the parties in accordance with provisions of law.

          Since the consumer complaint filed by the respondents pertains to the auction of plots which took place in the year  2005, we request the State Commission to decide the complaint, as far as possible within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.

          With these observations, present appeal stand disposed of.

          Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 31.10.2014.
