The case record is put up today for consideration of the withdrawal petition filed on behalf of the Complainant.  

                                         Perused the petition for withdrawal of the case. It is stated by the Complainant in the withdrawal petition that both the parties have compromised the case outside the Commission and the O.Ps have paid the claim amount to the Complainant on 29.03.2023 through Demand Draft, for which the Complainant does not want to proceed further in this case. To substantiate his claim of withdrawal, the Complainant has produced the transaction details, wherein it clearly shows the claim amount has already been received by the Complainant through D.D. In the afore-stated reason, when the Complainant wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to allow the petition for withdrawal of the case.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn. The case record need not be posted to 08.08.2023.
