Final Order / Judgement

Per Shri A.Z.Khwaja, Hon’ble Presiding Member.

         

1)          Advocate Mrs.Smita Deshpande has appeared and has sought permission to take the matter on  board for taking up the appeal for the purpose of compromise. Permission is granted for the same as prayed and the appeal is taken on board. Appellant Nos.1 and 2 as well as respondent Nos.1 and 2 in appeal No.14/2022 have filed an application stating that they have arrived at settlement out side the Commission with the respondents and filing one compromise deed on record.

2)         In view of the compromise deed appellant Nos.1 and 2 have sought permission to withdraw the appeal. Compromise deed “As marked as X” is duly read and recorded. Contents of the compromise deed are read over to the appellant Nos.1 and 2 as well as respondent Nos.1 and 2 and they admitted the contents to be true and correct. Their signatures are also duly verified.

3)      Accordingly, in view of the application made by the appellant Nos.1 and 2 they are permitted to withdraw the appeal in terms of the compromise deed and so the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise deed.
