In the morning also Ms Vandana Verma, Proxy Counsel appeared on behalf of the main counsel Mr Narendra Sharma and sought a pass over on the plea that the main counsel is busy in the High Court. Main counsel has not turned up. Put up after lunch.

Present none. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even after lunch, despite the fact that the proxy counsel had taken two pass overs. It may be noted that this revision petition has been filed by the service provider M/s Raghu Hyundai that too after inordinate delay of 279 days. Under these circumstances, we find no reason to show any indulgence to the petitioner. Revision petition is therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
