By this Application, the Appellants pray for disposal of the Appeal on the ground that the dispute, subject matter of the Complaint, giving rise to the present  Appeal, has  since been amicably settled between the parties. Copy of the Settlement Deed dated 07.10.2016 has been placed on record.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Appeal is disposed of in terms of the said Settlement.  The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

Statutory deposit made by the Appellants shall be refunded to the Appellants, along with interest accrued thereon, if any.
