                    File taken up before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Mr. Umesh Kumar, learned counsel for revisionist has made a statement that present revision petition has already become infructuous because the matter has already been decided by learned DCDRC. Kaithal on 20.09.2019. Hence, in view of this development, present revision petition be disposed off being infructuous. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement of Mr. Umesh Kumar, learned counsel for revisionist, present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.

4.                Application(s), if any, is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid order.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
