     Both counsels present. Learned counsel for appellant handed over a DD drawn on ICICI Bank dated 24.07.2023 for a sum of Rs.2,80,000/- in favour of respondent no.1.  Respondent no.1 reports receipts of the same.  Further learned counsel for appellant files a Joint Memo reporting settlement of dispute between the parties, is hereby recorded.   Accordingly, permitted to withdraw the appeal as settled between the parties.

          The Amount in deposit is directed to be refund to appellant with proper identification by his advocate.
