Case is called out. Ld. Counsel for the appellant Sri Brajesh Kumar Mishra is present. None for the respondent.

Ld. Counsel for the appellant has moved an application for withdrawl of the instant appeal on the ground the matter has been compromised between the parties before the ld. District Consumer Commission. In this regard, a certified copy of the order dated 9.5.2015 has been filed by the counsel for the appellant. Ld. Counsel for the appellant has also not pressed the appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as not pressed.

If any amount is deposited by the appellants at the time of filing of this appeal under section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, may be returned to the appellant as per rules alongwith accrued interest upto date.
