On last date, petitioner was given last opportunity to remit payment of Rs. 5,000/- to the respondent, subject to costs of Rs. 2,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Rs. 5,000/- has been remitted to the respondent but he has not filed proof of payment. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that respondent has not received payment. Petitioner was granted adjournment on last date, subject to costs of Rs. 2,000/- to be paid to the respondent but petitioner has not complied with those orders and has not made payment of Rs. 2,000/- to the respondent so far. Due to non-compliance of the directions, Revision Petition stands dismissed.
