ORDER ON ADMISSION

The appellant has filed this appeal on 27.06.2019 which was putforth before us on 10.07.2019 for admission.  So far the appellant has not present to submit arguments on admission and how far he has not satisfied with the Order passed by the District Commission in CC.No.1041/2017.  On perusal of the order sheet, we noticed that the appellant is absent from the beginning and we have provided sufficient opportunity to submit the arguments inspite of that, the appellant has not submitted any arguments on admission.  Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to make an admission and took for adjudication.  We consider that the appellant is not interested in continuing the case, as such, the appeal is dismissed at the stage of admission.
