ORDER

     Certified copy of the order dated 25.09.2018 passed in A/109/2018 by the Hon'ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T., Chandigarh, perused. Its perusal shows that matter has been compromised inter se parties in terms & conditions jotted in the order. Thus, order dated 22.03.2018 passed by this Forum is no more in force. In view of the same, proceedings in the present execution application under Section 25 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, are hereby dropped. Parties are left at liberty to get the order of the Hon’ble State Commission executed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
