This is an application for release of amount of Rs.11500/- deposited by the appellant, at the time of filing appeal, in favour of the applicant/complainant.

                        Mr. Devinder Kumar, proxy Counsel for Sh. P.K. Kukreja, who appeared on behalf of the appellant in the appeal, being present in the Commission, has put in his appearance, in the instant application and submitted that the defective washing machine, as per the order of the District Forum, which was upheld by this Commission vide order dated 7.8.2012, has not been returned by the applicant/complainant to it, and he has serious objection regarding the release of this amount, in favour of the applicant/complainant, on this  ground.

                        Since neither the applicant/complainant nor any authorized representative on his behalf has come present, the application is dismissed in default, of appearance of the applicant/complainant and for want of prosecution.
