ORDER

This Revision Petition has been filed against the interim order dated 23.12.2016 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, U.T., Chandigarh (in short ‘the Forum’) in Complaint No.1000 of 2016.

                   After hearing the Counsel for the Revision Petitioner/Opposite Party No.1, we are of the opinion that the order passed is not going to affect prejudicially the interest of the Revision Petitioner. The matter is now fixed for 01.02.2017 for filing written arguments, if any, by the respondent/complainant and written arguments by the Opposite Parties. It is also mentioned in the order dated 09.01.2017 that oral arguments will be heard on the date fixed.

                   We expect that the Forum will finally decide the complaint on the date fixed or may be within two weeks thereafter.

                   With above observations, the Revision Petition stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.

                   Complete record alongwith a certified copy of this order be sent to the Forum, immediately, so as to reach there before the date fixed.

                   File be consigned to the Record Room after completion.
