“I have received cheque No.171643, dated 06.03.2013 for a sum of Rs.6071/- in favour of Anudweep drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. from counsel for OPs, in accordance with the order of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, dated 03.12.2012. Now, I do not press this criminal complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

 

 

            In view of the said statement, this criminal complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
