Today is fixed for Show cause  by the complainant..

Ld. Adv. for the complainant is present by filing hajira.

  Today complainant’s submission that above this case is settled.

Perused the order passed by 4 National Lok Adalat dtd. 12.11.2022 .

 We find that Hon’ble  4th  National Lok Adalat passed the following orders.

          That the OP no. 2 shall pay Rs. 3,57,057/- ( Rupees three lakh fifty seven thousand and fifty seven only) in favoure of complainant within 30 days from this day.

 Hence, the dispute is stetted.

As the dispute has already been settled before the 4th  National Lok Adalat on 12.11.2022 ,

 hence,

 it is

ordered

 

The present  case is disposed of in view of aforesaid order of 4th   National Lok Adalat which was held on 12.11.2022.
