We are informed that parties have amicably settled the subject matter of the present complaint. Let statement of the parties as to the terms of the said settlement is recorded. In view of the above statements recorded separately, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- shall be paid to the complainant by OP 1 to 3 within a week. If the said amount is not paid, it will be open for the complainant to seek enforcement of this order. STATEMENT OF MR H.L.
