This appeal is pending since  2.7.2013.  However, along with appeal no extra sets of appeal memo and extra copies of impugned have been filed.

Since the appeal was received by post, service post cards were issued by the Registry to appellant but none appeared.  When the case was listed for hearing before the Commission on 15.7.2014, 7.11.2014 and 31.12.2014 none appeared.  Service post cards were issued to appellant on  15.7.2014 and 7.11.2014 also.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuring this appeal.  The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
