The Complainant files hazirah and is found present in person on call.

The O.P is also found present on call.

The case is taken up for hearing the petition dated 14.01.19 filed by the Complainant.

Heard the Complainant and also heard the representative of the O.P.

The Complainant submits that the case has been amicably settled among the parties and in terms of compromise, he has received the payment.  Now, he has no allegation against the O.P.

Considering this and considering the application submitted by the Complainant, we are of the view that this case should be disposed of in terms of compromise.

Hence,

it is Ordered

That the application dated 14.01.19 filed by the Complainant is allowed.  The case is thus disposed of.

Let a plain copy of this Order be supplied to the parties concerned by hand/by Post forthwith, free of cost for information & necessary action.  The copy of the Final Order/Judgement also available at www.confonet.nic.in.
