Delay of six days in filing the present petition is condoned. Prayer in this petition is for enhancement of the relief granted by the Fora below. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner should have felt contented with the enhanced compensation as granted by the State Commission which has not been challenged by either side. We see no ground for enhancement of the relief granted by the State Commission. Dismissed.
