          Learned counsel for the petitioner present.  She wants to withdraw this case in view of Supreme Court authority in U.P. Power Corporation Limited & Ors. vs. Anis Ahmed, (2013) 8 SCC 491. 

As prayed, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.  Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances as per law.
