ORDER

          Learned counsel for the petitioner present.  He wants to withdraw this case. 

 

The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in terms of Supreme Court decision in the case of Laxmi Engineering Works vs. P.S. G. Industrial Institute 1995 (3) SCC 583 so far as the point of limitation is concerned, the complainant may seek help to file the case before the civil court or competent authority within a period of 60 days from the date of passing of this order, if so advised.
