Amina Saini Vs. SDM

Present:       Sh. Rajesh Saini, AR of complainant in person.

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the point of maintainability. Sh. Rajesh Saini, AR of complainant has made a statement that due to some technical defects in the case, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and as such has stated to withdraw the same and has sought permission to file the case in proper Court of law on same cause of action and permission u/s 14(2) of Limitation Act. Statement has been recorded separately.

                   In view of the above statement present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is at liberty to seek the remedy in appropriate Court of law. The exemption/condonation of delay under section 14(2) of the Limitation Act is also allowed. Assistant is directed to return the original documents if any placed on record by the complainant and to place the photocopy of the same on record.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
