Later On :

27.12.2019                The complainant is present personally and filed a withdraw petition supported with an Account Statement issued by the O.Ps,  on the ground that the matter has been settled with the O.Ps. outside this Hon’ble Forum. The complainant want to withdraw the case and do not want to proceed with the case any further.

                                    Heard. In view of present withdraw petition as the complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further the said case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.

Accordingly the case is disposed of.
