Even today no one appears for the complainant.  Notices sent to the complainant  repeatedly have been returned back with the remarks “no such person / addressee left. This postal remark show that complainant has changed address but without notifying the same to this Commission which he was duty bound to do if he wanted to proceed with the complaint.  Since no other address of the complainant is available with this Commission, complaint must be dismissed in default and for want of prosecution.  We order accordingly.
