Present:          Complainant in person.

                              

                    Complaint presented before the registry of this Commission on 27.05.2024 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.                

                         Complainant attached the documents Ex.C1 to Ex.C6 with the complaint.

                 Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs and after removing the technical/legal default, if any, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the opponent, and in fresh complaint, he will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its fate, by attaching certified copy of this order.  File be consigned to the records.
