ORDER:-

 

                On the basis of even dated application filed by the respondent, file taken up on today and counsel for the complainant is also present before the Commission.

              On behalf of the respondent, counsel for the respondent offered payment of Rs.90,000/- to the complainant, as full and final settlement of the matter within 60 days. The counsel for the complainant accepted the proposal made by the counsel for the respondent. Statement of counsel for the respondent and counsel for the complainant recorded.

               In view of statement of counsel for the parties, without passing any adverse comment, on the act and conduct of any of the parties to the proceedings, matter being amicably settled. The present complaint is, partly, accepted against the respondent, holding it liable to make the payment of Rs.90,000/- only to the complainant as full and final settlement of the matter, within the period of 60 days from today, in default of it, respondent shall be liable to pay simple interest @ 8 % p.a., on the amount of Rs.90,000/- from the date of order, till actual payment. Reader of the Commission is directed to make necessary entry, in the relevant register/computer system showing the final disposal of the complaint, on today itself instead of 19.12.2024. Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the records.
