                   Ld. counsel for the DH made a statement he does not want to proceed with the present execution and has sought permission to file fresh complaint.

                   In view of the statement made above, present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn, with permission to file the case afresh. Original documents, if any, placed on record by the DH be returned to the DH and copy of the same be placed on record.
