The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The complainant is absent since 08-10-2018. Hence the commission has issued the notice to the complainant on 18/01/2023 to appear before the Commission and is seen returned with the endorsement as “Not known” as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department and the complainant failed to appear even today. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.
Hence the complaint is closed as dismissed.
