O R D E R

RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   As per order dated 27.09.2021 contained in letter No.1578, I am conducting these proceedings singly.                                      2.           Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the matter could not be taken up on 19.05.2021 and on 19.05.2021 the matter was adjourned for today i.e. 22.11.2021.

3.                Today, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties as per settlement deed dated 15.11.2019 (Annexure Ex.A-1). His statement in this regard recorded separately.  

4.                In pursuance of the respective statement made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the records.

5.                Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant at the time of filing of the present appeal be refunded to the appellant as per rules against proper receipt and identification.
