In spite of giving sufficient opportunity for the complainant to adduce evidence and even by imposing cost of Rs.500/- on two occasion, complainant is not attending the Commission and proceed with adducing evidence.  Counsel for Opposite Party No.2 submits that, they have refunded the cost of the goods and that they have received the washing machine given to the complainant. In view of this complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
