MA no.475 of 2023

        The present MA has been filed by the revisionist – Mr Saurav Dutta Gupta seeking modification of order dated 14.07.2023 passed by this Commission.

I have gone through the Miscellaneous Application. In view of the full refund ordered vide the impugned order with interest the plot in question will revert to the revision petitioner since the issue was construction of house on the plot itself. The Miscellaneous Application is therefore, allowed. In case any sale deed has been registered by the revision petitioner with the respondent, the respondent shall hand over the necessary documents to the revision petitioner on receipt of the decretal amount.
