                   File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Mr. Mohit Rathee, learned counsel for the appellants has suffered a statement on 25thApril, 2023that as per the instructions of the appellants, he does not want to press the miscellaneous application No.156 of 2020 as well as the present appeal at this stage and wants to withdraw the same. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the miscellaneous application No.156 of 2020 as well as of the present appeal. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

 

 

3.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Mohit Rathee, learned, learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

5.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
