Both the appellants present in person. Advocate Mr.Solat is also present for appellants. They have filed an application for withdrawal of appeal. It is submitted that the parties have settled their dispute outside of the Court and accordingly original complainant has withdrawn the consumer proceeding. The order to that effect is produced on record. The contents of the application are read over and explained to the appellants and they admitted the same true and correct. Signature of the appellants are also identified.  Application is marked as ‘X’ for identification. The appellants are allowed to withdraw the appeal. Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
