Learned counsel for the parties have appeared.

A compromise (paper No. 55) has already been filed on record on dated 01.03.2024, which was accepted by both the parties to the appeal alongwith their counsel.

Appellants and respondent have agreed to settle the matter in terms of compromise towards full and final settlement for Rs. 2,39,824/- (Rupees Two Lacs Thirty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Four only).

Accordingly, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise.

A compromise (paper No. 55) shall form part of the decree.  No order as to costs.

Statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellants be returned to the appellants.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

                        A copy of this order alongwith compromise be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
