On 7.6.2013, this Commission has observed that along with present revision petition, petitioners have filed an application for condonation of delay of 212 days. On that date, learned counsel for the petitioners sought time to take instructions as to whether petitioners want to pursue with the present petition or not and hence the matter was adjourned to 4.7.2013. On 4.7.2013, one proxy counsel for petitioner appeared and stated that arguing counsel has not come and date was sought. Accordingly, matter had been adjourned for today. Today, none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners since morning, hence present petition stands dismissed in default.
