          We had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.4,000/- to the respondent to meet the litigation expenses.  On receipt of Rs.4,000/-, the respondent has addressed a letter to this Commission stating there in that he is satisfied with the amount paid to him and does not want to contest the litigation any further.

          For the reasons stated above, we dispose of this Revision Petition as infructuous leaving the question of law open.  Order passed by the State Commission be not taken as a precedent for future reference.
