2.      Earlier, on 29.10.2020, arguments were heard in part. Further thereto, today, on 09.11.2020, during the course of the arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that the appellant wishes to withdraw its instant ‘Appeal Execution’. 

The submission, made on instructions, is recorded. 

3.      The instant appeal execution no. 73 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.      Let a copy each of this Order be sent by the Registry to the appellant, to the respondent and to the State Commission within three days from today without fail.
