Present:     None for complainant.

               

                Today, the case is fixed for notice to opposite parties No. 1 and 2. Notice to opposite party No. 1 could not be issued due to non filing of correct address, registered cover and copy of complaint and registered cover and copy of complaint of OP No. 2 not filed. From perusal of order sheets, it is clear that complainant has failed to service the summon to OPs despite availing eighteen opportunities. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 12:30 PM. Now, the case be again called after lunch.

Case again called after lunch. But none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 3:30 PM. No further wait seems to be justified. It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the present complaint further thus, present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint if so desired. Copy of the order be sent to complainant free of cost. File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
