1.       Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner does not want to pursue this matter any further and wishes to withdraw the present petition. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is proceeding to comply with the impugned Order within a period of four weeks from today.   

2.       In the wake of the above submission the instant revision petition no. 3299 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn.   

3.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
