These proceedings are initiated against the interim order passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi which we do not wish to interfere with. However, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the State Commission for stay of that part of the impugned order passed by the District Forum which has not been stayed.
