`                The Complaint was filed by the Complainant against the Opp. Parties to get Rs. 35,268/- which was due on 26-11-2015 and Rs. 10,000/-due on 31-12-2015 on the investment capital of Rs. 28,800/-and Rs-5000/- respectively.. But the Opp. Parties are not present before this Forum as their where- abouts are not known to the Complainant   .  In the said circumstances this case could not be taken-up for hearing. Hence we closed the complaint with a direction to the Complainant to file his claim before the concerned police station or in the proper designated court as per law.

                                          With the above direction the C.C is disposed -of. Supply copy of this order to the Complainant.
