                     Sh. Jaidev, on behalf of JD no.1.

                     JD no.2 given up.

 

         Case file taken up today on the application moved by DH. Counesl for the DH has made a statement that he has received  a cheque  No. 000005 dated 24.02.2023 amounting to  Rs. 1,20,000/- (One Lakh Twenty Thousand only) from the JD no.1 and he is no longer interested in prosecuting this execution petition and withdraws the same. In view of this, execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties, free of cost.
