In this revision, challenge by the opposite party is to the order dated 30.09.2009 of the State Commission passed in a pending appeal declining to stay the operation of the order passed by the District Forum dated 21.5.2009. District Forums order would show that the petitioner had refused to receive the notice sent in the complaint and allowed the complaint to proceed ex parte against it. Having heard Shri Kumar and looking at the conduct of petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere with the discretion exercised by the State Commission in refusing to stay the operation of the order of District Forum in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Dismissed.
