The Complainant is present. The Opp.parties are present with their advocate. This case is put up today at National Lok Adalat for settlement. It is submitted by the opp.parties that the deposit isnot yet matured. After discussion between the parties,the Complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further. But the O.p No.2 should supply him regarding the details of his deposit and benefit in a separate sheet with in 15 days to know the clear position of the scheme. The O.p No.1 is directed accordingly to supply the said certificate to the Complainant with in 15 days from the date of this order.

           The C.C. is disposed of due to amicable settlement. Supply free copy of this order to both the parties.
