                  Advocate Robin Somkuwar is present on behalf of the appellant as instructed by advocate on record alongwith authority letter. On perusal of record this appeal is filed in the year 2012 and as per previous Roznama dated 06/01/2022 this Commission has taken note that inspite of being filed on 2012 appellant did not comply the orders of this Commission. Last chance was already granted as per the order dated 06/01/2022, still the appellant failed to appear before this Commission. In view of the observations that the appellant failed to appear as well as comply our orders, it appears that the appellant is not interested in persuing this appeal. Hence this appeal is dismissed in default.
