Present:       Sh. Rinku Jangra, Advocate for the applicant/JD.

                   Sh. Sanjeev Verma, respondent/DH in person.

                                     

 

                        Learned counsel for applicant/JD got recorded his statement that payment they handed over the NOC to the DH and compliance of order has been made in all respect. So, he withdraws the present application.

                   Respondent/DH also made a statement that compliance of order has been made by JD and he has received the NOC.

          In view of the statements made above, the present miscellaneous application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                             File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
