                     Shri Varun Luthra, Advocate, Counsel for OP.

 

           Today the case is fixed for consideration on the report. Both the parties made their no objection to the said report. At this stage, Authorised Representative of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he has received a sum of Rs. 12,000/- from the OP towards full and final settlement of the claim in question; hence, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the Complainant, being fully satisfied.

           Heard. In view of the statement made by the Authorised Representative of the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
