As per the report dated 04.04.2018 received from the President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, (North West) CSC Block-C, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, the original FDR in the sum of ₹3,43,095/- deposited  in the District Forum  in Complaint No.993 of 2004 has since been handed over to the clerk of the Petitioner Company.

        In view of the said report, no further orders are called for in the Application.  The same stands disposed of.
