ORDER

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the impugned order passed by the State Commission wherein while upholding the order passed by the District Forum, the State Commission has directed the petitioners to complete the development work within six months form the date of judgment failing which they shall pay additional compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondents/complainants.

          It is not in dispute that despite taking time to complete the development works over the plot in question the petitioners have not done so. Right from 2003, more than 15 years have passed. We, therefore, do not find any ground to interfere in the well-reasoned order of the State Commission.

          The revision petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
